You have a 6-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation. Once this period has passed, your order may already be in the processing or shipping phase, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Who Can Cancel?

Orders are eligible for cancellation only if they have not yet shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but you may still be able to return it after delivery, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
